Description - Description: With this call for tenders, the Secretariat needs to conclude a four-year framework contract to acquire electronic cylinders (e-locks), as well as maintenance, support and technical services. In this context, it foresees a growth of appr oximately 100 new electronic cylinders per year during the lifetime of this contract.
