Description - Description: The Renovation of IPB for Relocation of C2E2 will fit-out approximately 10,800 SF of wet and dry lab space, including dedicated mechanical rooftop equipment. The scope takes place across the first floor and third floor, in an existing, m ainly shell space. MEP work is required in occupied corridors and laboratories in coordination with a different project phase. The adjacent laboratories in IPB are fully occupied and C2E2 is the last tenant to achieve 100% building occupancy. The project is anticipated to take place from October 2024 through June 2025.
