Description - Telford & Wrekin Council is looking for an experienced evaluator to undertake a programme evaluation. This will comprise an interim evaluation (to be completed by 3rd May 2024) with a final updated version completed by 30th April 2025. The evaluation process should consider and meet UKSPF requirements.
