Description - Description: The object of the procurement is a modular ultramicrotome equipped with all the needed hardware and software for plastic sectioning, cryo-sectioning, serial sectioning and including automated functions for alignment, trimming and target trimming based on µCT data. The instrument will be used for life science research in multi-user environment and will be located in the electron microscopy core facility at Biocenter Oulu, University of Oulu.
