Description - Description: This project consists of abating hazardous materials and demolition of the former Umstead Corrections Property. The project site is located at the northern corner of West D Street and 12th Street in Butner and contains nine structures wi th a combined square footage of 74,197 square feet. An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 10:00AM at the site (406 West D Street). A site visit is highly recommended so that bidders can inspect the existing conditions.
