Description - Description: The Lapland Welfare Region has extensively used the imaging system provided by Vitec Neagen Oy. The Lapland and Western Pohja hospital districts have had their own neaRIS and neaLink environments in use, which were transferred to the Lap land Welfare Region when the welfare regions began operating. Due to the maintenance and manageability of the system, the Lapland Welfare Region needs to unify these two separate neaRIS and neaLink environments.The procurement covers the system changes and project work required to unify the neaRIS and neaLink environments.Unifying the environments also requires unifying the licenses of the current environments, for which the Lapland Welfare Regio
