Description - Description: Please see solicitation and its attachment. The UFATS shall be new and unused (not a prototype) and constructed using cutting-edge technology. UFATS design specifications shall be based on Unit Under Test (UUT) requirements as noted in a ssociated UUT Technical Orders (T.O.’s), which are listed in Appendix H.
