Description - This consultation concerns the updating of the Asbestos Technical Files (Dta). The procurement procedure used is the adapted open procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The f ramework agreement with minimum and maximum is concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator
