Description - Description: The proposed investment aims to update the General Urban Plan (PUG), the Local Urbanism Regulation (RLU) and the transposition in GIS format of the urban planning territory, of the city of Negrești Oaș, Satu Mare county. In order to fu lfill the conditions related to the investment, it was proposed to fulfill the legal provisions regarding the elaboration of the PUG and RLU as provided in Order no. 233/2016 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 350/2001 regarding the spatial planning and urbanism and of elaborating and updating the urban planning documentation from March 17, 2016 published in the Official Gazette, Part I no. 199 of March 17
