Description - Description: Since its construction in 1909, Building 604 Central Power Plant has been an integral part of the West Point Garrison. Its function is to provide steam to many of the buildings located within the cantonment area of West Point. Throughout its life span, the Central Power Plant has gone through many renovations, with its most recent one in 1993. Now, the building has a number of deficiencies that need remediation.
