Description - this operation is part of the project to build the Rn2 to bypass d?avesnes-sur-helpe. This market includes the various works necessary for the commissioning of the project (3km bidirectional and 4.5km in 2x2 lanes). Thus, this contract consists of th e Execution of the earthworks for the two sections - restoration of the communal and departmental roads: the realization of 7 current OA (6 PS including an exchanger and a Pi) and a hydraulic gantry and 4 large scuppers - realization 3 roundabouts (2 at the level of the existing Rn2 and one at the level of the Rd951), to be built under public traffic - construction of a heavy goods vehicle weighing area
