Description - Description: NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West ICB (the Commissioner) is seeking to secure a provider who has the capability and capacity to deliver Urgent Care services in Reading, in line with the specified requirements.The aim of the service is to improve same day access in Berkshire West through the provision of a primary care-led service located at Royal Berkshire Hospital. The service will provide a seamless transition between in and out of hours services and treat patients directed to the service from multiple sources including NHS 111 services, referral from primary care, self-presenters and from the Emergency Department at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
