Description - Description: The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The contract may be renewed under the conditions of the specifications. The services are settled by unit prices. URGENT works concerning all repair, extension or renewa l works on the drinking water and sanitation networks of the community territory. Works requiring great availability and responsiveness of the holder: - Emergency works requiring intervention within 72 hours maximum in order to ensure continuity of service or authorizing the release of rights-of-way necessary for concomitant works (roads, etc.). - Works essential to the continuation of the service/and or to the maintenance of sanitary conditions
