Description - Description: This notice is published IAW FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The U.S Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Fines, Penalties and Forfeitures Seized Property Facilities for San Diego has a requirement for narcotics destruction. CBP shall allow the vendor into the facility to destroy unlimited amounts of seized narcotics and other seized material in a non-retrievable and environmentally safe disposal system. CBP is governed by the Seized Asset Management Enforcement Procedures Handbook (SAMEPH) which mandates CBP Officers witness the destruction of all seized
