Description - Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) 70B06C25R00000018 for Law Enforcement Safety & Compliance (LESC) 9mm duty and red uced hazard qualification ammunition.
