Description - Description: USACE SPK DBB Construction - MOTCO Holding Pad and Berm Repair ? Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), Concord, CA. The project includes repairs to the berms associated with Transfer Pad A and Holding Pads 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6. Project in volves excavation; installation of wire mesh to protect rodent burrows; increasing the heights of existing explosives safety berms; and other items required to provide a complete and usable system. Several existing storm drain pipes will be extended to assist with accomplishing this. Modifications to the lightning protection system are not included.
