Description - Description: Notice of Intent to award a sole source requirement to IMPERIAL VALLEY RIFLE & PISTOL ASSOCIATION INC (2250 Wheeler RD Imperial, California 92251) for provision of outdoor firing range facility usage. The U.S. Customs and Border Protecti on (CBP), United States Border Patrol (USBP), El Centro Sector (ELC), requires the use of an outdoor range for quarterly firearms qualification purposes. Currently ELC does not have a Government owned firearms facility and must contract with private firearms facilities in order to fulfill firearms training requirements.
