Description - Description: The NWD-CENWO has a requirement from the USDA-ARS to provide construction services to build a new Dairy Forage Research Center (DFRC) at Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. The Rough Order of Magnitude is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. USA CE and USDA-ARS entered into an agreement for CENWO to serve as design and construction agent to build a new Dairy Forage Research Center (DFRC) at the USDA-ARS site at Prairie du Sac, WI. The DFRC supports the USDA-ARS’s mission to accommodate up to 452 lactating cows (maximum), 144 calves, 1300 acres of crops production, 900 acres of pasture and perennials, 12 permanent researchers and staff, up to 12 operations and maintenance personnel, and
