Description - Description: The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-25-R-4406 for the execution of the USS PEARL HARBOR (LSD 52) and USS O'KANE (DDG 77), planned for fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Docking Selected Restricted Availabilit ies (DSRA) on a Coast-Wide (West Coast) basis. Upon a contractor’s completion of this Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Availability, the ship shall be capable of carrying out its respective mission with a reasonable expectation of maintaining a satisfactory condition of readiness until the next CNO-scheduled depot Availability.
