Description - Description: The work shall consist of supplying, delivering, and installing an accessible precast concrete Granite Peak (10 x 18), or approved equivalent, utility building at Monument Fire Center in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). All p ad prep such as excavation and backfill shall be completed by the government. Buildings are to be shipped assembled or assembled on-site by the contractor. Building assembly shall not be the responsibility of the government.
