Description - Description: In order to implement the Sihlfeld EV, the existing Lochergut energy center in the building at Seebahnstrasse 171 will have to be converted. The building is owned by the City of Zurich Real Estate. A new bivalent heat generation system ( groundwater heat pump and biomass) will be installed. Groundwater will be used as an energy source for the heat pump system. From the energy center, the connected properties along Seebahnstrasse, Stauffacherstrasse, Erismannstrasse and Ernastrasse will be supplied with heat via heat transport lines and heat transfer stations.
