Description - Description: Performance Work Statement (PWS) GROUND AMBULANCE VISN 09/Station 614 Purpose: The Lt Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center (hereafter Memphis VA Medical Center), its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affilia ted healthcare clinics require contracted non-emergency ambulance transportation services.
