Description - Description: DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) Overview: The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center Healthcare System (MEDVAMC) located at 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77030 requires chartered flight services to transport Liver, Heart, and Kidneys from outside the Organ Procurement Organization s (OPO) primary service area back to the MEDVAMC.
