Description - Description: The scope is the “white box” fitout for the V&A East. It includes MEP, Partitions, Flooring and FFE.This contract is for the tenant fitout of the new Victoria & Albert East Museum, which forms part of the wider East Bank development. The scope of works is to provide the “white Box” fitout, which will include the installation of flooring, ceilings, non-structural partitions, 1st, and 2nd Fix MEP fittings, along with the tenant FFE installation and other items.This procurement will be carried out using the "Restricted Procedure" as provided for in the Public Contracts Regulations.
