Description - Description: The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks a service provider to conduct targeted baseline assessments of selected value chains in Colombia, Côte d’Ivoire, and Ethiopia. This includes the option to propose additional value chai ns and to identify key actors for project collaboration, such as enterprises that may receive project support. Tentatively selected value chains are as follows: banana, coffee, and palm oil in Colombia; coffee and cut flowers in Ethiopia; and banana, cocoa, and palm oil in Côte d’Ivoire, with a maximum of three value chains per project country.
