Description - Description: Conclusion of some framework for providing drugs for patients admitted to the hospital. All the details related to the estimated values ​​and quantities can be found in the table in the specifications / Annex 1 - the list of the requ ested drugs. The frequency of the contracts to be awarded: 24 subsequent contracts, depending on the budget allocations and the necessary sections. The duration of the framework agreements will be 24 months, a period that can be extended by acting act, with the agreement of the parties, with a maximum of 12 months, according to art. 221 para. 1, letter a), lg. 98/2016.
