Description - Description: Provision of a Street Outreach Service. The service will work to identify, engage, support and resettle individuals sleeping rough within the City of London.The contracting authority is not awarding a new contract. This VEAT notice is in respect of a proposed modification to extend the Rough Sleeper Street Outreach Service which was originally awarded on 01/11/2020 and will expire on 31/10/2025 See sections II.2.4 and IV.1.1 for further detailsThe extension period will be for a period of 12 months only terminating on 31/10/2026This limited contract extension will provide flexibility for the contracting authority and ensure continuity of service provision for homeless individuals
