Description - Description: This contract consists of a FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for a period of 4 years.This contract consists of:- a basic contract: the full operational leasing of 03 vehicles described in the technical clauses.The basic contract will be used to analy ze the offers and determine the ranking of the bidders (CFR: Award criteria), a maximum of the first 3 bidders will be selected for subsequent contracts.The selected bidders will each be consulted during the execution of the subsequent contracts.- The subsequent contracts carried out throughout the duration of the contract, according to the needs determined by the competent decision-making bodies, will concern 10 to 30 vehicles of all categories
