Description - The RRB’s Bureau of Hearings and Appeals requires nationwide video teleconferencing (VTC) services for the RRB to conduct hearings in order to provide an appropriate alternative to in-person hearings. (For the purposes of this solicitation, "nation wide" is defined as the lower 48 states, not to include Hawaii or Alaska). The RRB intends to award a single indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity agreement or purchase order to an offeror who can provide nationwide services and a facility, to the RRB (Please note: This is not a requirements contract).
