Description - This posting has been extended, please see Amendment 0002. The RRB’s Bureau of Hearings and Appeals requires nationwide video teleconferencing (VTC) services for the RRB to conduct hearings in order to provide an appropriate alternative to in-perso n hearings. (For the purposes of this solicitation, "nationwide" is defined as the lower 48 states, not to include Hawaii or Alaska). The RRB intends to award a single indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity agreement or purchase order to an offeror who can provide nationwide services and a facility, to the RRB (Please note: This is not a requirements contract).
