Description - Description: The Klinik Favoriten (KFN) in the 10th district of Vienna is a hospital run by the Vienna Health Association and has around 800 inpatient beds and around 2,500 employees. The food is currently supplied from a production kitchen on site. The kitchen currently used for food supply in the KFN is to be replaced by a new kitchen to be built at the same location, in which the meals for patients and employees will be produced in the future using the "cook & chill" process. In the interim phase, i.e. the phase in which the production kitchen in the KFN is not available, the KFN is to be supplied with meals using the "cook & chill" process by an external contractor.
