Description - Description: The Dutch Department of Correctional Institutions (DJI) recently concluded an Agreement for the supply of tobacco and tobacco products for the benefit of the inmates within DJI. This is in response to the issued Public European tender wi th reference number TN446286. DJI intends to adjust the agreed indexation clause. DJI is carrying out voluntary transparency for this purpose. The estimated value for the Order was set at an amount of €20,500,000. This amount is based on:  Current consumption;  The expected (legal) price increase of the tobacco and tobacco products.
