Description - Description: The Finnish Railways Agency requests your offer for the construction services of the Vt 3 Moreen multi-level interchange project, including the procurement, construction and warranty phase of the project. The Finnish Railways Agency is r esponsible for implementing the project.The project includes not only the road plan area (improvement of Highway 3 Helsinki–Hämeenlinna by building the Moreen interchange, Hämeenlinna and Janakkala) but also roadway and parking lot structures implemented on the site plan side, as well as water supply.
