Description - Description: This concerns the publication in the event of voluntary transparency in advance of the intention to award the contract for the replacement of the Brainlab neuronavigation system (hardware and software with license support) in combination with ultrasound contract for a period of 8 years. The replacement of Brainlab navigation equipment, hardware and upgrades software and maintenance for a period of 8 years can be awarded directly on the basis of an exception to the tender obligation because the MUMC can invoke Article 2.32 paragraph 1 sub.
