Description - Description: A new interchange with on- and off-ramp and a new junction bridge will be constructed on Highway 3. The current bridge over Highway 3 will be demolished. A new street connection will be constructed between Highway 130 and the Moreeni bus iness area, which will cross Highway 3 via the interchange bridge. A new pedestrian and bicycle path will run alongside the street. The alignment of Highway 130 will be changed for approximately 1.3 km. Bus stop arrangements will be implemented at the junction of Highway 130 and the new street. New noise protection will be implemented on the eastern edges of the interchange ramp and Highway 130.
