Description - Description: In the National Action Plan for Homelessness: First a home (2023-2030) (Appendix A) is the objective that all homeless people were mapping in 2030 through the Ethos-Light classification. It is important here that there is a visibility at the regional level in the number of homeless people and at national level insight into trends. It is also important that we work towards a uniform method of monitoring based on the Ethos-Light classification. Every region that has not yet done that will have the opportunity to do one Ethos counting under supervision with the financing of VWS.
