Description - Description: The Iowa National Guard requires technical instruction services for a Clandestine Laboratory Safety Training course for the Midwest Counterdrug Training Center. The period of performance will be a base period of approximately ten (10) mo nths (subject to change depending on award date) and four (4) 12-month option periods.
