Description - Description: The facades, doors and windows of the orphanage house must be repaired. The exterior cladding with associated reed shelves, decorative elements and casings must be repaired. The frame is in good condition, but there may be some rot damag e in the timber. Simple examinations have been made in several places on the facade, but rot has only been observed in two places. It is uncertain how extensive the damage is, but it is not a question of total replacement of logs, but of piling and repairs. The facades with all elements must be scraped and painted according to the description. The doors and windows are in different conditions, but they bear the mark of generally low maintenance.
