Description - Description: The FW-B wishes to establish a pool of service providers, from which the beneficiaries concerned can draw according to the nature and timing of their needs. The purpose of these specifications is therefore to establish a framework agreem ent that concerns both: - several awardees: several service providers will be parties to the framework agreement, and contracts awarded during the term of the framework agreement will be awarded by means of a system of reopening competition; - two contracting authorities: subsequent contracts will be awarded in the name of the FW-B and WB E (Wallonie Bruxelles-Enseignement). This framework agreement is the first to be established in this context.
