Description - Description: This Request for Tender (RfT) seeks to engage a Principal Contractor to deliver the detailed design and construction of the lining of the Phillipson St No 2 Clear Water Storage Concrete Tank Wangaratta, Victoria.Salu Structural Engineeri ng Pty Ltd (SSE) has completed a comprehensive repair scope assessment and prepared Technical Specification for structural repair works to the internal surface of a 15ML reinforced concrete reservoirThe findings of that assessment were that the wall had prematurely deteriorated due to poor construction practices. The investigation also determined that structural deterioration was still at an early stage and was limited in extent. SSE recommended
