Description - Description: This work will involve the renovation of washrooms in the Orange Wing of the Kingston Campus to update aesthetics and accessibility deficiencies within the washroom spaces. St. Lawrence College is looking for a contractor to renovate was hrooms as indicated on our tender drawings, on our Kingston Cmapus. Aesthetics in the washroom spaces is outdated, and have many accessibility deficiencies. The general scope of work includes the total renewal of flooring, lighting, wall/ceiling painting, plumbing fixtures and partitions.
