Description - Waste Disposal and Recycling Services Synopsis: The Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan (the "RBE") is inviting proposals from qualified, licensed and experienced Proponents to provide Waste Disposal and Recycling S ervices (the “Goods and Services”), as outlined in this RFP, to Regina Public Schools Sites and other facilities occupied by RBE in Regina, Saskatchewan on an as-needed basis.
