The KIPSI project was launched in 2019 in the Archipelago Sea catchment area and expanded in 2022 to cover the areas outsi de the Archipelago Sea KIPSI project in the areas of the ELY centres of Southwest Finland, Satakunta, South Ostrobothnia, Ostrobothnia, North Ostrobothnia, Uusimaa, Southeast Finland, Häme and Pirkanmaa.
