Description - Description: Brass City Residences and Heritage Housing, Inc. are seeking a qualified CM for a Multi-Family Housing Project. The project consists of the construction of 46 new affordable housing units on property located in Waterbury, CT. The develop ment may be funded through the State of Connecticut Department of Housing and other sources. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including non-discrimination statutes and set-aside requirements.
