Description - Description: There is a continuing demand to provide engineering apprentices to SDA’s engineering function through the continuation of bespoke SDA apprenticeship schemes, which are necessary to support the Engineering strategy.The Waterfront Appren ticeship Scheme has a duration of up to 3 years, spanning 4 financial years for each intake. The apprentices’ first year is spent full-time at college (workshop type training) and years 2 to 3 are a mixture of further academic study and work placements within SDA project teams.
