Description - Description: The two apartment buildings at Sickstr. 72/74 and 76/78 are equipped with a total of eight loggias on the south side of the attic apartments.Leaks were found in the loggias, which led to moisture damage on the adjacent interior walls.In order to permanently protect the building structure, the entire sealing levels are to be renewed.The existing building is a warm roof with the following structure from the top edge of the reinforced concrete ceiling:· Sealing with bitumen sheeting, two layers· Insulation with PUR in two layers, together approx. 8-9 cm thick· Sealing with bitumen sheeting, two layers, upper layer sanded with slate· Building protection mat on the upper sealing
