As part of the strategy, Vantaan Energia Oy is building new district heating production capacity in the Martinlaakso power plant area in Van taa. The new capacity consists of a 60 MW hot water electric boiler, a 15,000 m3 district heating battery and the necessary auxiliary equipment and systems. The project is named the VEEB project.
