Description - Description: The Welch Park Pickleball and Tennis Court Reconstruction project generally consists of the reclamation of existing bituminous concrete tennis courts and the construction of five (5) pickleball courts and one (1) tennis court on a post-t ension concrete surface by an experienced Design-Build Contractor (DBC).
