Description - Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces its intention to negotiate and issue a sole source award to Thomson Reuters, 1333 H Street NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC 20005 for access to the Westlaw Legal Lib rary. Thomson Reuters’ databases will allow enable legal professionals to conduct faster, more accurate case law research. Thomas Reuters is the exclusive provider of Westlaw Edge; Practical Law and West Search Plus, Precedent Analytics, and Litigation Analytics. CPSC intends to negotiate this requirement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(b)(2)(B). The sole source procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition
