This specification has been developed by the West London Alliance (WLA) through consultation with representatives of its member boroughs (Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow Hillingdon, and Hounslow) and input from N orth West London NHS and Public Health colleagues.
